Shipping Policy
Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Please note orders take approximately 1-2 Weeks to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). If you have not received an email with your tracking number, then your order is still being processed and has yet to ship. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control.
Our team will always take the necessary precautions to ensure safety is put first for our employees and customers.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Revealed Collective does accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier within 10 business days to file a claim.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@rvldcollective.com
